Meet Our Team
The Partners
Marco Mattioli
Marco has been in the building trades since he was a young man. He started with his father and decided the trades were the thing for him. He is the heart of the operations here at TGS, you will often see him in the showroom or out on the site making sure things run smoothly.
John McBride
John is ahead of our Sales team and has been in the remodeling business for over 30 years. He is great with customers and loves making you feel like a part of the family, and he is an expert in all facets of home remodeling. He will also be on the job, checking the progress and offering his expertise.
The Designer
Madison Weinrich
Madison, our interior designer, has an extensive background in interior design. She is here to create a space that is not only beautiful, but that is livable and functional, for you and your family. Madison is there, from day one of your project and throughout the process, to help guide you through creating a design that meets your needs as well as select the perfect finishes for your new space! We utilize CAD software to bring your vision to life, so that you can truly see what your space will look like, even before it is even completed.

- Where there are pops of color, there is happiness and whimsy

- Bring nature inside – houseplants are a MUST
- Every room needs a pop of green, hence the HOUSE PLANTS!
- Good design has the thought through where design and function exist harmoniously
- Invest in a good sofa
- Inexpensive pieces can be mixed with the tried and true classics
- The design and purpose of a space should compliment how you and your family live
- You can have nice things, even with toddlers and pets!
- Every room needs a touch of softness
- Less truly is more – but less does not mean empty space
- Don’t over do it with thoughtless accessories and décor – each piece should have meaning and ignite happiness
Admin & Warehouse
We have an all-female powerhouse in our admin and warehouse departments.
Stephanie is ahead of our bookkeeping and will often be the point of contact for financial aspects, as well as scheduling and any other questions that may arise.
Tammy is our Warehouse and Delivery Specialist, making sure the job has all materials needed and keeping our warehouse in order.
We are lucky to have these ladies to keep things running behind the scenes.
Project Managers/Installers
We have one of the best installers in the industry! Tony has been in the building trades for over 30 years. He is our Project Manager and main Installer.
Tony has done everything from new builds to cabinetry installation, to tile, to drywall. He is a jack of all trades, thinks about the tiniest details, and completes projects with integrity.
Sales
Meet the sales team! Jim has been in the remodeling field for over 20 years and has unique expertise in many different aspects of a remodel. Jim, along with John, will usually join Madison out on the initial site consultation to offer their expertise in the goals of your project and help come up with a cohesive plan to complete your remodel.
